Ductless split systems are one of the best problem solvers in the HVAC industry. These systems had put the comfort you want righ on the spot. Typicall these system are completely stand alone in that they have no ductwork just copper and electrical connections form the indoor unit to the outdoor.

Many of these systems can use multiple indoor units with a single outdoor condenser and will allow a series piping circuit so it's like one continous run of piping and each unit does not require separate piping all the way back to the condenser.
