With Empire's Customer Assurance Pricing you'll never have to guess what your service bill will be. Empire's experienced Service Technician will come to your home or office and diagnose the service problem for a flat $78 diagnostic fee and give you a written price for repair. Of course if you are one of our Maintenance Agreement Customers you receive a 20% discount on the diagnostic and repair cost!

You will be relieved to know that the customer assurance pricing is task based and not by the hour. You won't need to watch the clock as it doesn't matter how long it takes to get the job done. All pricing is clearly printed in the cusomer assurance pricing manual for both regualr and maintenance agreement customers.

All our repairs carry a full one year warranty!
