Sights from an HVAC Service Technician

Our service technicians see all sorts of things as they travel from place to place. You need some good technical training to inspect a system, but some things are pretty obvious: broken and rusted out flue pipes, ducts pinched so tight no air can get through and a filter that wasn’t replaced in more than three years! In most cases these are simple and inexpensive repairs, but left unattended these issues are dangerous and costly. The system with the dirty filter required over $1,000 in cleaning and sanitizing so keep those filters clean!
